How do I find a tandem partner?
Our platform shows you all potential tandem partners based on the language preferences you set in your profile. You can then use filters to narrow down the list and select the users who best match your preferences. Once you’ve found someone suitable, simply send them a request to start your tandem.
Does it cost anything to join the tandem program?
No. You can use the platform and all its features, including access to the tandem community, completely free of charge. The program is funded by the participating educational institutions.
What is a “Tandem Community”?
Tandem Communities are organized and managed by the universities participating in the program. As a member, you gain access to advanced search features and dedicated chatrooms at your university, where you can connect with other community members on specific topics or languages. In addition, community administrators will keep you updated on local events and new language opportunities.
